MR & MME is a shocking duo  composed of two native chefs from Marseille working  in symbiosis. 

They have had many experiences that they have the clever pleasure of putting into synergy in order to honor taste in all its forms. 

Fabien, fervent representative of the south, has been stung by the white toque and the apron since his earliest childhood. He created his first recipes with his grandmother. 

Lory, an adventurer at heart, has lived in Asia and South America. She discovered new specialties there that enriched her culinary repertoire.

At sea as soon as I have the time, I am strongly invested in the protection and respect of the fauna and flora and collaborate with associations such as "clean my calanque"

as soon as I have a moment I participate in depollution sessions

I also fight against overfishing and respect the seasons to preserve species.

On our plates, we work with 90% fish, shellfish and crustaceans from local and eco-responsible fishing and always respecting the Mesh

For the past eighteen years I have traveled the world to absorb all the culinary cultures and skills that have been passed on to me.

Around the world, my travels and expatriations have allowed me to expand my culinary repertoire.

Our recipes and influences come from the most varied and unexpected cuisines such as

Food truck pad'thai in the streets of Bangkok 

the empanadas of an assistant cook in a rancho in Mendoza

My expertise has developed thanks to my career as a Chef on private yachts & luxury villas, Owner of my pastry shop in Colombia, Trainer, Headhunter in London,

Consultant and Culinary Stylist here and elsewhere.
