Total immersion training in a private villa in Marseille
This exclusive training program offers a unique professional experience: for five days, you'll be hosted in a private villa in Marseille, equipped with a professional kitchen and high-end service areas. The goal is to train you directly in the real-life conditions of a private chef assignment, as closely as possible to the demands of the profession.
You'll work in a refined setting conducive to concentration, creativity, and practical application. Each day is designed to replicate the real-life situations you'll encounter in your future clients' villas, chalets, or yachts. This immersion will allow you to develop professional reflexes, test your skills in real time, and familiarize yourself with the standards of high-end culinary service.
Objective: to become an operational private chef in the luxury sector
The training prepares you to work with a demanding clientele, in prestigious locations where the quality of service and the personalization of the experience are essential:
Private villas in Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Cap d'Antibes
Yachts in Monaco, Ibiza or the Caribbean
Luxury chalets in Megève, Courchevel or Crans-Montana
Residential properties in Paris, Geneva, London or Dubai
You will learn how to adapt your cuisine to the specific expectations of each client, manage the logistical constraints of a residential service, and build a coherent, elegant and profitable culinary offering.

Profession & scope of intervention
The first day is dedicated to understanding the profession of private chef and its specificities:
Fundamental differences between a home chef, private chef and caterer
Analysis of logistical constraints: equipment, supplies, space management
Adaptation to various environments: villas, chalets, yachts, urban residences
Organization of work independently or in pairs
Villa accommodation option: +€500 excluding VAT
For total immersion, we offer an accommodation option in the villa during the five days of training:
Shared room (or private depending on availability)
Access to the professional kitchen, relaxation areas and outdoor areas
Opportunities for informal exchanges, real-life testing and mission simulation
Living the rhythm of a residential manager, with its demands and unforeseen events
