Monsieur et Madame, private kosher chef and caterer in Megève
We bring our knives to your chalet, facing Mont Blanc, and make your holiday a stay where elegant dining goes hand in hand with respect for kashrut.
On one side, Fabien and the precision of French cuisine; on the other, Lory and a palette of flavours gathered from around the globe. Together, they reinvent the dishes that bring families together, from Sephardic recipes to the great Ashkenazi classics, with a creativity that surprises at every meal.
It all starts with a conversation before you arrive: the products and certifications you accept, how the kitchen is organised between meat (basari), dairy (chalavi) and pareve, dedicated equipment, and a mashgiach on site whenever your family wishes. We work to your standards, without compromise.
Skiing on the Évasion Mont-Blanc area, a horse-drawn sleigh ride or shopping in the village lanes: meanwhile, your chefs handle the shopping, cooking, service and tidying up.
Special diets, allergies, children’s menus: nothing is set in stone, and everything is created with you.

Kosher mornings in Megève
As day breaks over the peaks, a dairy table awaits: braided breads, soft milk rolls, certified butter and cheeses, mountain honey, red berries, yoghurts, cereal bowls, poached eggs or menemen, gravlax salmon and cream cheese.
A quick version for the first ones on the slopes, a long, lazy one for everyone else: breakfast follows your rhythm, day after day.
Kosher après-ski treats in Megève
Back at the chalet, cheeks flushed from the cold: your chef has prepared something to warm you up. Thick hot chocolate, herbal infusions, blueberry tart, financiers, rugelach, marble cake, and for savoury appetites, mini puff pastries, focaccia or the soup of the day.
Dairy or pareve, your après-ski spread is planned around the evening’s dinner, so the waiting time between dairy and meat is respected.
To round off the afternoon, enjoy a selection of kosher wines, homemade mulled wine or a signature cocktail by the wood fire.
Refined dinners and kosher Shabbat in Megève
In the evening, your table takes on the mood you choose: generous dishes set in the middle for a relaxed evening, a three-course dinner served to perfection, or a tasting menu for a celebration with loved ones. Certified, dry-aged meats, fish of the day, and pareve desserts crafted with true pastry skill: fine dining without compromising your principles.
For Shabbat, we plan everything ahead. Friday night and Saturday meals are cooked before Shabbat begins: golden challot, Kiddush wine, assorted salads, Moroccan-style fish, slow-cooked meats and hamin (cholent) kept warm until serving.
Hanukkah, Purim or another holiday during your stay? We create a menu dedicated to the occasion.
