Monsieur et Madame, your private kosher chef and caterer in Méribel
We move into your chalet kitchen for the length of your holiday in the heart of Les 3 Vallées, bringing you fine dining that stays true to your traditions.
Two chefs, two worlds: Fabien, a master of classic French cooking, and Lory, inspired by travel, with spices, fresh herbs and recipes from around the globe. From Sunday tfina to the flavours of Italy and the Middle East, their kosher dishes blend family memories with contemporary cuisine.
Before you arrive, we agree on your requirements together: sourcing and certification of ingredients, separation of meat (basari) and dairy (chalavi), equipment set aside exclusively for your stay, and supervision by a mashgiach on request. You set the standards, and we apply them at every meal.
Shopping, prep, service and kitchen clean-up: between runs down to Méribel-Mottaret, you have nothing to think about.
Fussy young eaters, vegetarian diets, intolerances or allergies: we tailor the menus to every guest.

Kosher breakfast and brunch in Méribel
Before you clip into your skis, enjoy some real family time around a dairy table laid out overlooking the valley. Braided challah and freshly baked breads, crêpes and waffles, homemade granola, sliced fruit, smoothies, labneh, omelettes or fried eggs, smoked fish: everyone builds their plate just the way they like it.
On rest days, breakfast becomes a generous late brunch, so you can take your time and savour the mountains.
Kosher afternoon tea in Méribel
Ski boots off, and the scent of cakes fresh from the oven greets you in the chalet. Chocolate babka, doughnuts, crêpes, fruit tarts, honey and almond pastries, as well as savoury bites and comforting soups for the hungriest skiers.
Your chef times afternoon tea around the rhythm of your day: pareve if a meat meal is planned, dairy the rest of the time, always in keeping with kashrut.
And for the grown-ups, a glass of kosher wine, a rich hot chocolate or a house cocktail, to enjoy by the fire as you watch the snow fall.
Kosher fine dining and Shabbat in Méribel
As night falls, choose from three options: generous sharing dishes for a warm, lively evening, a plated three-course dinner, or a multi-course tasting menu to celebrate a birthday or special occasion. Certified meats, quality fish, dairy-free desserts: every dinner is designed to be as indulgent as it is kosher.
On Friday, we set the Shabbat table and prepare every meal in advance through to Havdalah: homemade challot, Middle Eastern salads, fish, slow-cooked meats and stews kept warm, ready to serve without lighting a single flame.
Is your stay during Hanukkah? Doughnuts, latkes and a festive dinner will be waiting for you.
