A professional immersion in an exceptional villa in Marseille.
This unique training program offers an immersive experience in a luxury villa located in Marseille, designed to faithfully replicate the real-life conditions of a high-end private residence. For five days, participants are immersed in a fully professional environment, with dedicated areas for reception, table setting, cooking, service, and logistics.
The goal is to enable future butlers to familiarize themselves with the demands of ultra-premium service, by developing impeccable posture, mastery of technical gestures, and an ability to anticipate the needs of a particularly demanding international clientele. This immersion also allows them to understand the internal dynamics of a busy house, where every detail counts and discretion is a fundamental skill.

The training aims to prepare participants to work in the most prestigious locations in the world , where service tolerates no compromise. The skills acquired will allow them to evolve in varied environments, all marked by a high level of demand :
Private villas located in the most sought-after destinations on the French Riviera , such as Saint-Tropez, Cap d'Antibes or Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, where the standards of comfort and privacy are particularly high.
Mountain chalets in Courchevel or Megève, where the service must adapt to seasonal rhythms and to family or event stays.
Prestigious urban residences in Paris, Geneva, London or Dubai, where the butler plays a central role in daily management and team coordination.
Private yachts in Monaco, Ibiza or other luxury ports , where on-board service requires absolute rigor, constant adaptability and perfect knowledge of luxury maritime codes.

Detailed program – 5 intensive days
Role and posture of the modern butler
The first day is dedicated to understanding the role of the butler in the contemporary context. They are no longer just an executor, but a true coordinator of private service, capable of intervening in a variety of contexts:
Primary residences, where regularity and discretion are essential.
Seasonal villas, where anticipation and flexibility are essential.
Yachts, where space management and fluidity of service are essential.
Private events, where the butler must orchestrate interactions between service providers and guests.
Participants work on their posture, presentation, attention to detail, ability to handle the unexpected, and maintaining an impeccable attitude in all circumstances. Emphasis is placed on confidential service codes, tailored to HNW (High Net Worth) and UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individual) families.
Villa accommodation option: +€500 excluding VAT
Participants have the opportunity to experience the training in total immersion by staying on-site for the five days of training. This option allows:

To access all areas of the villa, including the service and reception areas.
To fully immerse yourself in the rhythms of a busy home, with its routines, demands and unexpected events.
Additional option: Villa Manager Module (2 days – separate)
This additional module, offered outside the five days of training, allows you to acquire specific skills linked to the overall management of a residence:
Supervision of internal and external teams: chef, housekeeping, security, service providers.
Management of schedules, budgets, stocks and supplies.
Preparation, opening and closing of residential premises, according to luxury standards.
Interface with concierge services, agencies and specialized service providers.
Contingency management and overall coordination of operations.
